Hi, I’m Scott Lalor, founder of Livermore PC Builds. I started this company with one goal — to help people get the most out of their computers without the hassle of overpriced prebuilts or confusing specs, free of charge.
I personally build and test every PC to make sure it meets your needs — whether you’re gaming, creating, or just need a reliable everyday machine. Based right here in Livermore, California, I take pride in offering honest advice and top-tier performance you can count on.
How it Works
I’ve worked with several companies, and no task has ever proven too difficult. I’m an expert in PC building with extensive experience in custom water-cooling loops. I also offer custom paint jobs and designs, drawing on my BA in Art to add a creative, personal touch to each build.

As the parts arrive, I will assemble your system with precision and care — managing cables, installing cooling, and making sure everything looks as good as it performs.

Testing and polishing
Once your PC is fully assembled, I will run through a complete round of tests to make sure everything is working exactly as it should. That includes stress tests, temperature checks, driver installation, and system optimization
